The Other House

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the other hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning decor that adorned the premises. Not only that, but the range of facilities they offer truly impressed me. Whether it was a peaceful workspace or a setting for intimate business discussions, their rooms catered to every need.

Indulge me in calling myself a bit boujee, but I've developed a bit of a penchant for hotels with top-notch gym and spa facilities during my travels. This hotel did not disappoint in that regard, as they had a gym and spa that perfectly met my requirements.

The staff at the hotel were an absolute delight – friendly, attentive, and always up for a pleasant conversation. They truly enhanced the overall experience.

Regarding my room, it was splendid overall, albeit a tad on the smaller side. Yet, it had everything I needed, essentially resembling a cozy mini apartment. I felt at home amidst its comforts.

While there were many aspects that I would wholeheartedly endorse, there were a couple of things that didn't quite meet my expectations. The culinary offerings, unfortunately, fell short. I vividly recall ordering a recommended Caesar salad with salmon on the first day. The taste was decent, but the presentation left much to be desired. The following morning, I opted for a full English breakfast. While the presentation was impeccable, my eggs and toast arrived cold, which was disappointing. That evening, I decided to venture out to a different restaurant for a birthday celebration, and there I was treated to a genuinely sumptuous Caesar salad that could put a smile on anyone's face.

Moreover, it's important to mention that the hotel seems to apply a service charge for nearly everything they offer. This did come across as a bit excessive to me. Fortunately, the area is teeming with alternative dining options, many of which offer heartier and more satisfying meals.

Despite these minor setbacks, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel/apartment for both brief getaways and extended stays. It's a haven of comfort, luxury, and convenience that shouldn't be missed.

BRISTOL CITY

Bristol, a city brimming with vibrancy and diversity, holds a captivating blend of old-world charm and contemporary allure. Its streets are adorned with remnants of ancient architecture, offering a glimpse into its rich history. While the buildings may have weathered the test of time, the occasional renovations that do occur are seamlessly integrated, creating a harmonious blend of old and new.

Immersing oneself in Bristol's unique atmosphere, it's hard not to be captivated by the idea of making this city your home. In fact, Bristol has earned its place among the top 10 happiest places to work, making it a tempting choice for those seeking both professional satisfaction and personal contentment. Even I, with no ties to London, would seriously contemplate relocating to this vibrant city.

Now, let's delve into five intriguing facts about Bristol:

• Did you know that Ribena, the beloved blackcurrant squash, was invented right here in Bristol? This refreshing beverage has been enjoyed by millions around the world, and its origins can be traced back to this very city.

• Bristol's Clifton Suspension Bridge holds a unique distinction—it witnessed the world's first bungee jump! Picture the adrenaline rush as an adventurous soul took a daring leap into the abyss, marking a thrilling moment in the city's history.

• Bristol can proudly claim to be the former stomping ground of the notorious pirate Blackbeard. This captivating city once played host to the legendary buccaneer, whose swashbuckling escapades continue to capture imaginations to this day.

• If you're a fan of wildlife and history, a visit to Bristol Zoo is an absolute must. Established in 1836, it ranks as the fifth oldest zoo in the world. Here, you can immerse yourself in a world of fascinating creatures and experience the rich legacy of conservation and education that the zoo upholds.

• Adding to its distinctiveness, Bristol has its very own currency. Known as the Bristol Pound, this local currency encourages residents and visitors alike to support local businesses, fostering a strong sense of community and economic empowerment.

With its fascinating history, lively ambiance, and unique offerings, Bristol beckons as a city that leaves an indelible impression on all who visit. London Bridge - Street Photography

I had a photoshoot with a client at London Bridge Station, after we had finished I made my way around toward Tower Bridge and capture what my eyes see’s. This is my first time trying this P.O.V street photography, hopefully, it is not too cringe but it’s time to face my fears.

Editing the behind the scene was really challenging, even completing it was really over whelming for me. I didnt know the Director personally but I've seen and admired his work and heard great things about him from the dance industry.

I was hired to follow the Choreographers and Dancers mainly. I'm not part of the production team but I know how important BTS can be, so i did well to capture what i can while remaining partially discreet. Whether I was supposed to be there or not. I believe God put me there for a reason unbeknownst to me.

But, to know it won't be seen by the right eye, was hard to take. I questioned myself... all the work I've done over the years, will it be forgotten or remembered ?

I dont know, it's not for me to say. The only i can do is keep on creating and hope to inspire the next and that's the reality of it. We are here for short while so i encouraged all creatives to start your journey. You dont have to be ready, just start.

My condolences to the Team and Family of Luke Biggins . 🙏🏽🖤🙏🏽
